Product Manager – MAI (Based in Guangzhou)
产品经理-电动智能系统
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives in one segment, utilizing traditional and innovative marketing/product approaches, tools and methodologies.
产品经理将能够有效使用传统和创新的市场、产品管理方法、工具以及理念来确保产品发展、推出和营销策略及计划与产品的销售同步并进。
Essential Responsibilities:
主要职责:
* Study of market acceptance of new products, understand the needs and objections ;
研究市场对新产品的接受程度,了解市场需求和市场反馈;
* Creation and maintenance of BOM (Bill of Material), considering raw material costs, sales prices and margins;
基于原材料成本、销售价格和利润空间创建和维护BOM(物料清单);
* Monitoring of actual results x planned promotion of lawsuits seeking to correct possible deviations from the target;
监视和跟踪实际销售结果以便随时更正计划保证达到原定目标;
* Develops product marketing strategies within the product line and marketing function;
从产品线和市场功能的角度制定市场策略;
* Elaboration of forecast for new products and control of slow moving;
对新产品销售进行预测以及控制慢动料;
* Develops Technical Material for all the product line (Reference Guide, Installation Manual);
撰写和翻译所有产品线的技术材料(产品手册、安装手册等);
* Development and implementation of training for capacity building;
准备培训材料以支持产品培训;
* Partners with other departments in Division to support high impact launches on new products;
与其他相关部门协力合作以支持新产品的快速推出;
* Collaborates with field sales management, consulting dealers to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs;
与前线销售同事通力合作,接合代理商的反馈以验证、传递和评估产品的市场策略和市场计划;
* Solid knowledge of CAD software;
熟练使用CAD软件;
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English and Chinese;
英语和中文口语及书面语熟练;
* Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and assignments;
能够同时有效应对多项任务并且能分清工作的优先顺序;
* Solid knowledge Electronic (Preferably in automation).
具有电子技术方面的背景(自动化优先考虑)。
